Every child is talented.
“Every child is talented. Any child who is properly trained can develop musical ability, just as all children develop the ability to speak their mother tongue. The potential of every child is unlimited.” – Shinichi Suzuki

Offering virtual or in-person lessons
At the Suzuki Talent Education Program (STEP), we typically offer in-person lessons, but can also offer virtual lessons via Zoom to allow students and teachers to interact safely and effectively from the comfort of home.

What is the Suzuki Method (or talent education)?
The Suzuki Method of music instruction, also referred to as Talent Education, is a philosophy founded by Japanese teacher, Dr. Shinichi Suzuki, which espouses the idea that all children have talent and that proper education can bring this talent to its fullest potential.

Lessons in violin, viola, and cello
Suzuki Talent Education Program of Atlanta (STEP) provides instruction in violin, viola, and cello. Students take weekly private lessons which are complemented by weekly or bi-weekly group lessons. This provides opportunities for individual attention and collaborative learning with peers. Lessons are offered for children aged 3 and above.
